Ar,He,H2 Analyzer

This gas analyzer measures the concentration of gases by utilizing the difference in thermal conductivities between two gas components. It consists of a detector with a reference chamber and a measuring chamber, each containing a thin platinum wire. The reference chamber is filled with reference gas, while the sample gas flows through the measuring chamber. Each platinum wire forms a bridge circuit with an external fixed resistor and is heated by a constant current. When there is a change in the concentration of the component being measured, the thermal conductivity of the sample gas changes, affecting the temperature of the platinum wire in the measuring chamber. This change in temperature is then converted into a change in electric resistance, allowing for the calculation of the concentration of the measured gas.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)

This gas analyzer measures the concentration of gases by utilizing the difference in thermal conductivities between two gas components. Moistutre meter

This product is Shaw make Moisture Meter, which is an on-line hygrometer designed to measure dewpoint in process gases and compressed air. It is housed in a panel-mounted enclosure that provides protection to IP54 standards. With its highly accurate and repeatable Shaw sensor, along with advanced digital electronics, this instrument is ideal for a wide range of applications where precise measurement, control, and monitoring are crucial. Each sensor is calibrated to ensure an overall system accuracy of better than ±2 °C (±3.6 °F) dewpoint and comes with a calibration certificate traceable to international standards. The Superdew 3 can be easily configured by the user to display measurements in °C, °F, ppm(v), or lbs/MMscf on a clear five-character LED display. Additionally, the instrument offers two fully programmable alarm relays that can be set independently across the full operating range of the sensor. The set points for these alarms can be viewed and adjusted using the front panel keypad. Furthermore, a standard isolated 4 - 20 mA analogue output is provided, with the output range configurable to match the sensor's range. The system allows for the Superdew 3 instrument to be located over 1000 meters away from the sensor. The Superdew Dewpoint Hygrometer Package is fully customized according to the customer's specifications and includes the Superdew analyzer, Shaw sensor, sensor holder, and two meters of sensor cable.
